Create a SafePay invoice
- For issuance, open the selected card type and issuance checkout; for an existing card, select Top Up.
- Choose an available cryptocurrency and network in the app. USDT and USDC are different tokens; similar-looking addresses do not mean the same network.
- Copy the new invoice’s address and exact amount. In your wallet or exchange, verify the token, network and amount the recipient will receive after sender fees.
- Send before the countdown expires and keep the transaction hash. Return to SafePay to check the status.
After sending funds, do not cancel or pay the invoice again. For a wrong network, token or amount, contact support with the hash; recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Available networks
Currently supported: USDT on TRON (TRC20), Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Polygon, Optimism and TON; and USDC on Base. For each payment, use only the option shown on your current in-app invoice. Availability and terms can change.
Before sending cryptocurrency
SafePay creates a specific invoice for issuance or for an existing card top-up. Do not send funds to an address copied from a previous invoice, another card, another provider or a general-purpose wallet guide. Check the selected card, token, network, amount and invoice expiration before confirming the transfer.
For a card top-up, the credited amount is affected by your card’s top-up fee. Use You send and Card receives in SafePay to check the current quote. Any network or exchange withdrawal fee charged by the sender is separate. Keep the transfer hash and invoice or operation ID. If the transfer is delayed or the invoice expires, check its status before making another transfer.
