Before paying
Check that the service is available to your account and accepts your chosen card. Universal and Universal+ differ in fees and issuing country; the merchant may apply its own restrictions.
Check the card balance allowing for fees, conversion and verification charges. Use Card Details for the number, expiry and CVV, and SafePay Billing for the holder name and address. Keep the service profile information accurate.
Complete checkout
- Sign in to the intended account on netflix.com and choose an available plan. Check the price and recurring charge date.
- For a new subscription, choose card payment; for an existing one, open Manage payment info on the website.
- Add or update the card using SafePay details, select the intended payment method and confirm the change.
After confirmation
Check membership status and the next payment in your Netflix account. A subscription included in a provider bundle or purchased through a partner may be billed there. Do not purchase another subscription before checking who already bills the existing one.
If a 3D Secure request appears, complete the confirmation shown in SafePay, then return to the merchant. Do not pay again while the result is pending. For an error, keep its text, time and amount.
Where to change the payment method
For a new Netflix membership, start with the plan and payment options actually offered on netflix.com. For an existing membership, open Netflix account billing and Manage payment info to update an eligible card. If the plan is billed by a partner, update the payment through the party that charges you instead. Check the renewal date and active status before purchasing another membership.
