- Issuance is a one-time 45 USDT payment. Monthly maintenance is $0.
- Crypto top-up fee is 4.5%; transaction fee is 2%.
- The balance is displayed in USD; settlement is in SGD. Allow for currency conversion when paying.
- Advertised validity is 3 years. Apple Pay, Google Pay and 3D Secure are supported.
Universal+ does not support OnlyFans or Patreon. ChatGPT and Claude compatibility is advertised, but acceptance also depends on service and account rules.
Prepare a payment
Open your card details and Billing, check the available card balance and the merchant’s final total. Allow for the transaction fee, conversion and any authorization hold. For a subscription, confirm the requested payment, then check its status and renewal date with the merchant.
Card details, payment channels and country checks
For a direct website payment, enter the number, expiration date, CVV and billing details from your own Universal+ card in SafePay. Universal+ is issued in Singapore, but this does not automatically set your residence or service account country to Singapore. The merchant and account must independently meet their requirements.
Universal+ supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where the device, Wallet, card and merchant are eligible. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play use those stores’ separately configured payment methods. Universal+ does not support OnlyFans or Patreon under the current SafePay terms; do not try to override this with repeated attempts or false billing details.
For Universal+, the displayed balance is in USD while settlement is in SGD. Leave room for transaction fees, conversion and possible authorization holds.
